I read your blog and that is why I gave your company $29.99 or $30.00 to join hound. I also am a blue collar guy who became an advertising creative sort of by accident. You’ve gone ahead and done a great thing here. I’ve already told seven people about hound because I got a job within a few days. No shit! After getting wiped out in a divorce by a gold-digging ex-wife and losing my job after my boss famously committed suicide in Chicago over a year ago, I struggled to find a job. There was NOTHING. Then, with my last thirty bucks, I joined hound. I read one of your emails and it was so well written that I said, what the hell. Well, let me tell you, I had a nightmare trying to explain to those guys at theladders that I was canceling my membership and it was because I found a job on Hound! That’s right. I was so pleased with your company Mr. Barnes, and really pissed at them for sending me totally unrelated jobs and charging me big money for over a year. I have a big mouth and plan to tell everyone I know who’s looking for a job about hound.com. Count on that. As for you, Mr. Barnes. Thanks. You’ll make money. You rule Barnesy. Thanks from NJ!

I got a job through Hound and am extremely satisfied with its service. I have also recommended the service to all my friends.

Are you looking to start a new career or take your existing career to the next step? In a lot of cases, this means finding a new job or a new career path with a new business and this, in turn, means accessing relevant posts from the most appealing and beneficial companies. Local job searches may turn up convenient posts and online job sites and classified ads can be used to expand your search but there is a massive untapped resource out there that few job seekers are able to take advantage of – employers’ websites.
For most job seekers, the online job hunting process means finding the largest recruitment sites or job boards and then searching through these. Unfortunately, because of the convenience that this offers it means that you will typically be competing with hundreds or even thousands of other applicants for the same position. Hound.com is a unique website that cuts through this ultra-competitive market and goes straight to the websites of potential employers including some of the biggest and most prestigious businesses in the USA and the rest of the world.
Where Hound.com is different to its competitors is in the fact that it scours the Internet, searching company websites to find careers and jobs pages. The Hound.com database is therefore filled with job opportunities that you won’t find anywhere else on the Internet (except, of course, on the website of the appropriate companies).
